Who can take part
- Your prostate cancer has come back only in the prostate area (locally recurrent), confirmed by scans and biopsy
- You can sign an informed consent form and agree to join the study
- You are willing and able to fill out the EPIC and EQ-5D quality-of-life questionnaires
- You can safely have a prostate MRI (no medical reason you can’t have MRI)
- Your urinary symptoms are not severe (IPSS score 20 or less)
