Who can take part

  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has failed or you couldn’t tolerate standard treatment.
  • You must be able to be assessed with scans: measurable tumor spots on CT or MRI (for some parts, evaluable disease is enough).
  • Your overall health/activity level is ECOG 0 or 1, meaning you can do most daily activities or are limited but ambulatory.
  • Your kidneys, blood counts, and liver tests must be “adequate” for study treatment.
  • You must have at least 3 months of expected life remaining and be age 18 or older (or the adult age in your country).
