Who can take part

  • You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to or you cannot tolerate standard treatments.
  • You are 18 years or older (or the legal adult age in your country).
  • You can perform daily activities without significant help (ECOG status 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts are within adequate ranges.
