- Be 18 years or older
- Have a diagnosis of differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) and be planning 131I ablation therapy
- Follow a low-iodine diet (LID) before the 131I treatment, based on the Dutch DTC guideline
- Be able to follow the study steps and instructions
