Who can take part

  • For patients: low back or leg muscle pain for at least 3 months
  • You can feel a tight band or small knot in the muscle and it’s very tender
  • Pressing that tender spot should match your usual pain
  • Your pain limits how far you can stretch your leg/back comfortably
  • You must be able to understand the study and sign consent
