- You were diagnosed with CML when you were 18 years old or younger
- Your tests showed Philadelphia chromosome and a BCR-ABL1 gene type (e13a2 or e14a2)
- Your CML is in the chronic phase (not accelerated or blast phase)
- You started first treatment with a TKI medicine (not a different first treatment)
- Some blood or sample material from diagnosis is available, including DNA for testing (and RNA for a subset of patients)
