New test for CML mutations in patients switching TKI

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML)

Who can take part

  • Your CML diagnosis must be confirmed by a BCR::ABL1 genetic test
  • You have the e13a2 or e14a2 type of the BCR::ABL1 gene
  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your CML must be in the chronic phase (not advanced)
  • You are currently taking imatinib, dasatinib, nilotinib, or bosutinib
  • You are switching TKI because your current drug isn't working well (resistance) or there is a 'warning' response
