Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- Your chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is in 'accelerated phase' – a more advanced stage that your doctor can confirm with tests.
- You have already tried at least two different tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) and they either stopped working or caused side effects you couldn't handle.
- You must have received specific TKIs depending on whether you have a T315I mutation (your doctor will know).
- You are generally healthy enough for treatment: your blood counts, kidney, liver, and heart function are adequate, and you are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
