GAIA-102 for relapsed or hard-to-treat childhood cancers

Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be confirmed by biopsy as one of the listed types, such as neuroblastoma or certain other solid tumors
  • If you have neuroblastoma: it must have relapsed or resisted at least two prior treatment regimens (or, for some groups, you finished dinutuximab but still have tumor)
  • Your age must be 1 to 24 years old when you sign consent
  • You must not have spread to the brain (no brain metastases) and not have cancerous meningitis
  • You should be able to carry out daily activities at a moderate level (performance score requirements must be met)
  • You must not have had an allogeneic stem cell transplant and must not have a currently active autoimmune disease
