Who can take part

  • Your child/you has one of these cancer types: synovial sarcoma, MPNST, neuroblastoma, or osteosarcoma
  • Age is 2–17 for synovial sarcoma, or 2–21 for MPNST, neuroblastoma, or osteosarcoma
  • You have received systemic chemotherapy before, and you have measurable cancer that can be tracked on scans
  • You are HLA-A*02 positive, and the tumor test shows MAGE-A4
  • Your overall ability to do daily activities is high enough (ECOG 0–1 if age 16+, or Lansky 80+ if age 2–16)
  • No major exclusions such as CNS (brain/spinal) metastases, pregnancy/breastfeeding, active serious infections, or certain immune/autoimmune conditions
