Who can take part
- You can understand the study and sign consent before any study tasks.
- You are receiving hemodialysis (HD) and need a new arm access (an AV fistula, a graft, or a procedure to reopen/adjust an access).
- Your situation allows the planned access method (your clinician says an AV fistula, graft, or access adjustment is possible).
- You do NOT currently do dialysis using a catheter.
- You are not on peritoneal dialysis and you expect to live at least 2 more years.
