Who can take part

  • Your prostate cancer has spread (metastatic) and is still progressing despite hormone lowering treatment
  • Your 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT scan shows high PSMA signal in your tumors
  • Your kidney function is not too impaired (creatinine 150 μmol/L or less)
  • Your blood counts are high enough: hemoglobin 10 g/dL or more, white cells 4.0×10^9/L or more, platelets 100×10^9/L or more
  • Your liver function and nutrition are adequate (bilirubin not over 3× normal; albumin is 3.0 g/dL or less is acceptable)
  • You do not have significant heart failure (cardiac insufficiency)
