Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy
  • Your tumor shows PSMA on a special scan (68Ga-PSMA PET/CT)
  • Your cancer has only progressed once after a newer hormone drug (like enzalutamide or abiraterone)
  • Your kidney function is good (eGFR of 60 or higher)
  • You have not received chemotherapy or certain other cancer treatments before
