Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy
- Your tumor shows PSMA on a special scan (68Ga-PSMA PET/CT)
- Your cancer has only progressed once after a newer hormone drug (like enzalutamide or abiraterone)
- Your kidney function is good (eGFR of 60 or higher)
- You have not received chemotherapy or certain other cancer treatments before
