Who can take part

  • You can sign consent and are at least 18 years old.
  • You have confirmed prostate cancer that has spread to bone or lymph nodes, and your PSA is rising.
  • Your general health is fair enough to do study activities (ECOG 0–2).
  • Your cancer has progressed after prior treatments, including taxane chemotherapy and at least one AR-targeted hormone medicine (like enzalutamide or abiraterone), unless you couldn’t take them.
  • A scan shows your tumors strongly “light up” on PSMA PET/CT (PSMA uptake thresholds), and you’re continuing hormone suppression with low testosterone.
  • You must have enough blood counts and organ function (bone marrow, liver, and kidneys) and an estimated life expectancy of 6 months or more.
