Combined therapy for adults with suicidal thoughts and childhood trauma

Who can take part

  • You have had suicidal thoughts recently, as shown on a standard questionnaire score above 10.
  • You have experienced at least a moderate level of childhood trauma, such as emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, or neglect.
  • You have any mental health diagnosis, as long as you do not have severe thinking problems or active psychosis that make therapy hard to understand.
  • You are not currently receiving other talk therapy.
  • You are comfortable doing therapy in English and can give informed consent.
