  • You are female
  • You have been diagnosed with chronic cervicogenic headache (headache that comes from the neck)
  • You have not had a rear-end car accident in the past 3 years
  • You have not had neck spine surgery
  • You do not have a pinched nerve in your neck causing pain that travels down your arm
  • You do not have certain autoimmune or nerve/balance conditions (like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, or ankylosing spondylitis)
