Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- Your doctor would treat you using the SUPRAFLEX CRUZ stent as part of routine hospital care
- You have blockages in more than one major heart artery area and will receive more than one study stent
- At least some of your stents are placed in more than one of these artery areas: front (left anterior descending), side (circumflex), or right (right coronary)
- If you’re in the substudy: your echocardiogram shows heart pumping strength (ejection fraction) under 45%
- You can sign informed consent
