Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older
- Have advanced or metastatic epithelial-type solid cancer that is confirmed by lab testing and is not responding to standard treatment (or you can’t take it)
- Have at least one measurable tumor spot on a scan
- Be able to do daily activities with an ECOG score of 0–1 (low impairment)
- Have enough blood/organ function for treatment, and an expected survival of at least 12 weeks
- Agree to consent, follow study visits/testing, and provide tumor tissue samples
