Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has worsened or you couldn't tolerate standard therapies.
  • You have a tumor sample (from a recent biopsy or stored tissue) that can be tested for markers.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on scans, and it is not in an area that was previously treated with radiation (unless it has grown there).
  • You are up and about (able to do light work or be active) with a performance status score of 0 or 1.
  • You have adequate organ and bone marrow function (confirmed by blood tests).
