- You are an adult (18 or older) with head or neck cancer
- You are planning chemo-radiation with curative intent (to try to cure the cancer)
- Your external radiation plan is for at least 60 Grays
- You can read and write well enough in French to complete self-questionnaires
- No cancer spread to distant (remote) parts of the body (no remote metastases)
