Who can take part
- You have a rotator cuff tear between 1 cm and 5 cm wide on an MRI
- Your shoulder problem has been present long enough that non-surgical treatments did not help for at least 3 months
- You can attend follow-up visits and follow post-surgery rehab instructions
- This would NOT be your second (revision) rotator cuff surgery on that shoulder
- The tear is not partial-thickness and is considered repairable by the surgeon
