Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old, and you have pancreatic adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology (biopsy/cytology).
  • Your cancer is “locally advanced” but not spread to distant organs (no distant metastasis).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and you are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1).
  • You must be able to receive both chemotherapy medicines: gemcitabine and albumin-bound paclitaxel.
  • You must be able to apply and run the tumor-treating device yourself (or with help from nursing staff).
  • No pregnancy or breastfeeding; you must use effective birth control for the time period specified by the study.
