Who can take part

  • You have breast cancer that is either locally advanced or metastatic (has spread) confirmed by biopsy/pathology
  • You are postmenopausal, or if you are not, you must be on ovarian suppression
  • You have already tried at least one type of hormone (endocrine) treatment for the advanced/metastatic stage
  • Your general health is good, with an ECOG score of 0 or 1 (able to do most daily activities)
  • You have acceptable blood/organ function based on lab tests your team will review
  • You can read/understand the study and sign consent in writing
