New drug combinations for advanced breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or is locally advanced and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer is ER-positive, HER2-positive or HER2-negative, or triple-negative breast cancer.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse (progressed) during or after your last treatment.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT scan) that is not in the brain.
  • You are in good enough health to participate, with no active infections, serious heart or lung problems, or other cancers in the past 5 years.
