Dalpiciclib plus hormone therapy after CDK4/6 treatment

This trial tests dalpiciclib together with hormone (endocrine) therapy in people with HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer whose cancer has already responded poorly to a prior CDK4/6 inhibitor. It aims to see if this combination can better control the cancer after that earlier treatment has failed.

NCT05431504Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Dalpiciclib plus hormone therapy for advanced breast cancer flare-ups

This Phase 2 trial tests dalpiciclib (a cancer medicine) added to standard hormone therapy for women with advanced, hormone-receptor–positive and HER2-negative breast cancer that has serious “visceral crisis” symptoms (like fluid buildup, liver issues, or other urgent organ involvement). It aims to see whether this combination can shrink cancer and improve safety compared with hormone therapy alone.
