Who can take part

  • You have estrogen and progesterone receptor-negative or low-positive (≤10%) and HER2-negative breast cancer.
  • Your cancer is early stage (T1, N0) and hasn't spread to other parts of your body.
  • You are at least 18 years old and willing to provide a tumor sample for testing.
  • You have good overall health (ECOG score of 0 or 1) and normal organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use effective birth control and have a negative pregnancy test.
  • You haven't had prior invasive breast cancer or other cancer within the last 5 years (except certain skin or cervical cancers).
