Who can take part
- You have triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) that did not completely disappear after chemotherapy and immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) before surgery.
- You received the standard neoadjuvant therapy (KEYNOTE-522 regimen) and had surgery to remove all visible cancer, but some cancer remained in the breast or lymph nodes.
- You are well enough to continue immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) after surgery, and your surgery was within the last 16 weeks.
- You have not had prior treatment with a TROP2-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (a type of targeted cancer therapy) or a topoisomerase inhibitor drug.
- Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body, and you have no other active cancers or serious medical conditions (like severe heart disease, inflammatory bowel disease, or autoimmune disease).
