Who can take part
- You’re age 2 to 40, and you have relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, or other soft tissue sarcoma
- Your cancer must have measurable disease on scans (per RECIST 1.1 rules)
- You’ve had 1 to 4 prior chemotherapy treatment “courses” for relapse, and prior local radiation/surgery should be done far enough in advance
- You must be off recent treatments long enough before starting (chemo, radiation, transplant, and certain medicines each have minimum wait times)
- Your blood counts, liver, kidneys, and heart function must meet required lab and heart-scan thresholds, and you must have limited nerve symptoms (no more than mild neuropathy)
- You can’t have had other investigational drugs, prior manufactured cell therapies (like CAR-T), or cancer in the brain/spinal fluid
