Personalized Chemotherapy for Children with Advanced Soft Tissue Tumors

Who can take part

  • Your child is between 1 and 18 years old
  • Your child has been diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, malignant rhabdoid tumor, or another soft tissue sarcoma
  • Your child has already received at least one round of chemotherapy and the cancer came back or got worse
  • Your child's doctor can obtain a tissue sample (biopsy) from the tumor
  • Your child is in good enough health to handle treatment (ECOG score 0–1) and expected to live at least 6 more months
  • Your child's blood counts, liver, and kidney function are adequate for safety
