Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older.
  • You have one of these diagnoses: higher-risk MDS, or AML with 20–30% marrow blasts, or CMML with 10–29% marrow blasts (confirmed by a bone marrow test).
  • Your general condition is good enough for treatment (ECOG score 0–1).
  • Your doctors do not think an allogeneic stem cell transplant (using a donor) is suitable for you.
  • You can safely use birth control if you could become pregnant (and take a pregnancy test if needed), and you agree to the study’s sperm/partner contraception rules if applicable.
