Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- Your doctor says you need the NEXUS aortic arch stent graft (or the custom-made version) based on the study’s instructions for use.
- You either have not had the device yet, or you already had a NEXUS/NEXUS DUO implanted after February 2019.
- You can and agree to sign informed consent for the study.
- You are not enrolled in another study that would interfere with this one (unless it’s a required government or purely observational registry).
- You are expected to live more than 1 year and you are not pregnant (and don’t plan pregnancy).
- Your kidney function is stable for this procedure.
- You don’t have other major health problems or planned procedures/surgeries that would interfere (for example, major heart surgery or a heart/brain event in the last 90 days).
