Who can take part

  • You must sign consent and be willing to follow all study instructions.
  • You must be 18 or older (when you sign).
  • You must have advanced solid cancer confirmed by biopsy or other lab testing, and it must be that standard treatment failed, isn’t available, or doesn’t fit for you.
  • You must have measurable tumors that can be tracked on scans.
  • Your overall health score (ECOG) must be 0 to 2, meaning you’re not too limited in daily activities.
  • Your blood tests and organ function must be within certain limits (for example, white blood cells, platelets, liver tests, and kidney function).
