Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and have advanced cancer that has come back or spread after standard treatments (or no standard treatment exists).
- You must be in relatively good health (able to do daily activities with little to no help) and expected to live at least 3 months.
- You cannot have had certain cancer treatments within the past few weeks to a month (like chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted pills) before starting the study drug.
- You must not have active brain metastases, uncontrolled fluid buildup in the body, or serious autoimmune disease.
- You must not have had a severe allergic reaction to a similar antibody drug before, and if you have a history of organ transplant or HIV, you are not eligible.
- If you are interested in the combination with docetaxel, you cannot have had taxane chemotherapy before.
