Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced cancer that has spread, cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments no longer work or cause too many side effects.
- For the part of the study focusing on pancreatic cancer, you must have pancreatic cancer that has not responded to common chemotherapy drugs.
- You have adequate heart function shown by a recent heart test (ejection fraction over 50%).
- You are feeling well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0–2).
- You agree to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant, from 1 month before until 3 months after treatment.
