Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 75 years old, and you can sign consent to join.
- Your nasopharyngeal cancer has already spread, and you have not had metastatic treatment before.
- At least one tumor spot can be treated with SBRT radiation.
- Your overall health must be strong enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1, and doctors expect you can complete therapy).
- You do not have adenocarcinoma or sarcoma in the nasopharynx.
- If you can get pregnant or have a pregnancy-capable partner, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 150 days after the last dose.
