Who can take part
- Aged 18 to 75 years old
- Diagnosed with a type of nasopharyngeal cancer called non-keratinizing carcinoma (WHO type II or III)
- Cancer is stage III or IVa (except T3N0-1M0 stage), meaning it has spread to nearby lymph nodes or tissues but not to distant organs
- Have not received any previous cancer treatment
- Good physical condition (able to do daily activities with little or no help)
- Adequate blood cell counts, liver function, kidney function, and blood clotting
