Who can take part

  • A kidney biopsy at Mayo Clinic must confirm you have PGNMID
  • Your urine protein must be high: at least 1000 mg in 24 hours
  • Your kidney filtering function must be enough for study safety (creatinine clearance ≥ 20 mL/min/SA)
  • You must be able and willing to sign informed consent
  • If you can get pregnant: you must use two reliable birth control methods (or continuous sexual abstinence) starting 4 weeks before treatment and for 3 months after the last dose
  • You must not be planning pregnancy, and you must follow study rules for pregnancy testing during screening and right before dosing
