Who can take part
- You are age 65 or older.
- A doctor has diagnosed you with dementia.
- Your “thinking and memory” test result is in the mild range (HK-MoCA score 10 or higher).
- You can walk 10 meters by yourself without using a walking aid.
- You have an unpaid main caregiver who sees you in person at least 3.5 hours per week.
- You have not been in the hospital in the past 30 days.
