Who can take part

  • You have early breast cancer that has been fully removed with clear surgical margins
  • Your cancer is considered intermediate- to high-risk (for example, larger tumor, lymph node spread, higher grade, or plan for chemo)
  • You finished the main cancer treatment (surgery, radiation, and/or chemo—whichever was last) between 4 weeks and 24 months ago
  • There is no current sign that the cancer has spread to distant organs
  • You can provide stored breast tumor samples (from a prior biopsy or surgery tissue block/slides) for testing
  • You can attend scheduled study visits and follow required tests; you’re age 18–75 and your overall health score is 0–1
