- You are a woman between 18 and 72 years old
- You have had localized breast cancer and your active treatment finished within the last 15 months (or you are in/near ongoing hormone or Herceptin treatment)
- You can speak French well enough to join group sessions
- You are covered by French Social Security or a similar health insurance system
- You plan to stay near the study site for the study period
