- You have a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS).
- You have a pregnancy history where exposure happened around conception through pregnancy.
- Either you took Vumerity (diroximel fumarate) during pregnancy (or around conception) or you had no MS medicine exposure during pregnancy.
- If you don’t know exact dates, you can still qualify if you can estimate which trimester you were exposed.
