- You are 18 or older and had stage I-III colon or rectal cancer that was removed with surgery (or non-surgical management for rectal cancer).
- You finished treatment (chemo, radiation, or surgery) at least 6 months ago.

- You have a family caregiver living with you who is also willing to join the study.
