Who can take part

  • You mainly have focal cervical dystonia (mostly affecting your neck), confirmed by a specialist.
  • You are between 30 and 85 years old and have moderate symptom severity.
  • You are currently using the best tolerated neck botulinum toxin injections and/or oral medications, but symptoms are still not well controlled.
  • You can safely take part in exercise sessions and pass a basic physical readiness screening.
  • You are not already in a regular structured exercise or physical/occupational therapy program.
