Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You can and will sign the consent form to join the study
  • A neurologist has diagnosed you with cervical dystonia
  • You received botulinum toxin type A injections for cervical dystonia at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine Neurology clinic
  • You have no health problems that would stop you from safely doing the exercises (like serious heart, whole-body, or bone/joint issues)
  • You do not have dementia or a significant psychiatric condition that would make it hard to follow the program; you also must be able to watch the exercise videos on your phone or other device
