  • Age 18 or older
  • Confirmed diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer)
  • At least one measurable tumor inside the liver
  • For prospective participants: scheduled to receive TACE combined with immunotherapy and targeted therapy as first-line treatment
  • For retrospective participants: have CT or MRI imaging before treatment and complete follow-up records
  • No other active cancers (past 5 years or current), and no rare liver cancer subtypes (sarcomatoid or fibrolamellar)
