Who can take part
- You are currently a patient at Denver Health or Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist
- You were assigned female at birth (the study includes all gender identities)
- You are between 18 and 39 years old and can speak English or Spanish
- Your body mass index (BMI) is at least 25 (or at least 23 if Asian)
- You are not pregnant now, and you want to become pregnant within the next 24 months
