Who can take part
- You can understand the study and sign informed consent before any study steps.
- You are age 18 to 70.
- Your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–2).
- Your lymphoma has been confirmed by pathology as PTCL-TFH (certain specific subtypes are allowed).
- You have not had prior treatment for PTCL (chemo, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or lymphoma radiation), except short symptom-relief steroids up to 8 days.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot (lymph node size and other site sizes must meet criteria).
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver tests are within study limits.
- If you can become pregnant, you agree to reliable birth control during the study and for 12 months after. Male patients with partners who can become pregnant must also use birth control reliably during treatment.
