Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) and it has not been treated yet
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You have not started lymphoma treatment yet (except any short “pre-phase” treatment allowed by the study)
- Your general health is good enough for chemotherapy: heart, liver, lung, and kidney tests must be within limits
- Your blood counts must be high enough: neutrophils, hemoglobin, and platelets must meet minimum levels
- You can take part for at least 3 months, agree to the study, and sign informed consent
