Who can take part

  • You have low back pain that has lasted more than 3 months
  • You’re between 18 and 50 years old
  • You can use a computer, tablet, or mobile phone
  • You can read and understand Swedish well enough to follow the training instructions
  • You are not currently doing other exercises or treatments for your low back pain
  • You can have an MRI scan (for example, you do not have metal implants or severe claustrophobia)
