- Your back pain score must be very low (0 or 1) for at least 30 straight days
- You are 18 to 65 years old
- You can read and speak Portuguese and use a mobile phone for text messages
- A clinician says you can exercise safely
- You are not pregnant, and you haven’t had spine surgery in the last 6 months
